Q: How are your hair products different from other brands?
A: Our Leave-In Conditioners are all formulated to give you more essentials and less fillers. Products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Products that combine science, sophistication and elements of the earth to give your hair what it needs most: strength, moisture, and growth. Products are formulated with plant-derived ingredients and organic and natural ingredients. The goal is to care for your hair as well as the environment. Creating Paraben-free, cruelty-free, and sulfate-free products with highly concentrated formulas for optimum results.
B. Our Shampoo and Conditioner Hair Products give you high-end salon quality products and high-quality results. Formulas that are professional-grade with paraben-free, color-safe, and cruelty-free products. Formula options for a wide variety of hair types.
Q: What is the shelf life of your hair products?
A: 12 months - may last longer but has only been tested for stability and efficacy for up to 12 months.
A: Expired makeup may become dry or crumbly. We recommend never using water or saliva to moisten makeup which can introduce bacteria. For pigment makeup, if expired, colors will not look as vibrant and powders may seem hard to use. Expired makeup can start to harbor bacteria which can lead to acne, rashes, or eye infections. That is why we always suggest caring for your products properly, and keeping makeup brushes clean regularly and replacing products periodically to keep your makeup fresh and clean and healthy.
Q: Can your hair, skincare products be used on all hair and skin types?
A: Yes, our hair and skincare products are formulated for all hair and skin types.
Q: Can I use the hair products on chemically processed hair?
A: Yes, our hair care products can be used on color-treated and relaxed hair.
Q: Are your products free of toxins?
A: Yes, our products do not contain harmful chemicals.
Q: Do you test on animals?
A: No. We do not choose products in our line that test on animals. We are a very conscientious brand that is proud to offer cruelty-free products. We never test on animals and choose manufacturers, ingredients and supplies from partners who have the same mindset and never perform animal testing either. We believe in a cruelty-free world.
Q: What temperature should my hair and skincare products be stored at?
A: We recommend that you store products in a room temp no warmer than 72 degrees is ideal and no cooler than 40 degrees. This will prolong your products and prevent them from freezing or becoming contaminated.
Q: Is there a Refund Policy?
A: Please refer to our return/refund policy. All Sales are final on cosmetics and hair products. We do not except returns for open cosmetics and hair products. However please reach out at I Dream of Beauty if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to learn about your issue and try to resolve it. We accept returns/refunds up to 30 days from purchase after review of the return/refund request. Please email us to discuss for approval on a refund or return.
Q: How do I use the products?
A: On each product description page, you will find a description of how to use the product and any shop recommendations and helpful suggestions. We do the best we can to give guidance on the best suggestions for use. We also provide tutorials and suggestion videos on our Instagram page @IDreamofBeauty_1 if you would like to join and follow us for some additional tips. We enjoy working one-on-one with our clients, if you need assistance, please reach out by message or email and we will get back to you.
Q: Do you make the products yourself or are they manufactured by someone else?
A: The majority of our hair, skincare, bath and body, and cosmetics are manufactured by our fabulous partners for I Dream of Beauty. There are a few handcrafted items created in-house, and always are always noted when they are handcrafted on product pages. All handcrafted items are supplied with ingredients from our same fabulous partners, while giving us the benefit to create some additional unique items for our product line or for our customized orders. We work specifically with our amazing partners to bring you the highest quality and best result products and ingredients. Q: Are all of your hair products manufactured in USA?
A: We are proud to say all of our hair products are manufactured for I Dream of Beauty in the USA.
Our Leave-in Conditioner/Detangler Hair Products are made for I Dream of Beauty from our partner in Spring, Texas.
Our Shampoo and Conditioner Hair Products are made for I Dream of Beauty from our partner in Irvine, California.
Q: Are all of your skincare products manufactured in USA?
A: We are proud to say the majority of our skincare products are manufactured in the USA and a few items from Canada for the best clean-beauty results. Our skincare products are manufactured for I Dream of Beauty from our partners in Florida, New York, Illinois, and Canada.
Q: Where are your makeup products manufactured?
A: We are proud to say a very wide range (the majority) of our makeup products are manufactured in the USA. We do have a select few products that are imported with tried and true agreements that they are top of the line, high quality, big result options, with our same mindset of cruelty-free and paraben-free standards. The wide majority of our makeup products are manufactured for I Dream of Beauty from our partners in Florida and Illinois. We do have a couple options manufactured for I Dream of Beauty from our partners in California, New York, Italy, and from Canada. And a very select few options imported from China to bring creativity and variety at a variety of product budgets for everyone's needs. All our makeup products are Paraben-free, cruelty-free, and a large majority of them are vegan. We always specify details in our product pages, be sure to read product descriptions.
A: We do our best to accurately display the colors of our products, and offer descriptions on our product pages to give you a good knowledge of how the products look in person; however just as makeup can vary in color on different skin tones, so can the display of colors in images viewed on different devices aka phones, tablets and computers. Please be sure to read product descriptions, and turn up your lighting on your device display, and if you have further questions about a color, email us to help guide you thru this.
Q: Do you have ingredient lists for all your products?
A: Yes, you can view full list of ingredients for all our beauty products on our product pages. We always provide a full detail of the ingredients and are always available to reach out to us in our email for any clarification or if ingredient list is missed.
Q: Do you have Vegan products?
A: Yes, we have a wide variety of Vegan options. If a product is Vegan you will see this reflected in our product descriptions.
Q: Are your products Gluten-Free?
A: Yes, we have a wide variety of Gluten-Free products. If a product is gluten-free you will see this reflected in our product descriptions.
Q: Are your products Paraben-Free?
A: Yes all of our products are Paraben-Free. In addition, we take pride in selecting our ingredients very carefully to be safe and clean produced without the use of parabens.
